charming, charming, charming
My stay was marked by a spacious Triple Room, featuring a comfortable bed and clean linens. The daily cleaning was perfect, and having a car garage added great convenience for my family. The location was a good surprise, just a short stroll from the bustling plaza
do recommend 😊❤️

Positive, I stayed for 2 nights in a King Room. The staff were super friendly, even if new. Breakfast was tasty, though it took a while to arrive. Daily cleaning was thorough, and they had a car garage. Solid value for a short visit. 😊

the sticky ground floor room was an absoluteley delightful surprise. oh, and the bathroom design, just flooded everywhere! after all that, not even a complimentary water bottle offered—truly pathetic. one might think a special guest like myself, woudl ve been granted some sort of upgrade. but no, just regular treatment here. sad!

I loved how the room was spacious and clean, with a nice ceiling fan to keep things cool. The hotel had a lovely rooftop pool and a hot tub, perfect for unwinding after a busy day. Just a heads up, breakfast took a bit longer to arrive, but it was worth the wait! 😊

Nice place with caring staff
I stayed for 2 nights and the room was decent, a bit on the hard side but comfy enough. Breakfast was awesome when it finally came, but the wait was real. Parking was a lifesaver, so no complaints there! Just a bummer that the hotel is super noisy, which made sleeping tough sometimes.

missingWrote a review on Jun 04friendly staffdelicious breakfastnoisy locationlack of air conditioningdelayed service
The staff were genuinely friendly, even if some were still finding their footing. Breakfast featured delicious options, especially the Korean dishes, although it was served a bit later than expected. The lack of air conditioning in the King Room made it less comfortable during warmer nights, and the hotel’s location on a busy road added to the noise level, making it difficult to sleep at times. Despite the improvements underway, including a rooftop area that looks promising, the current state could be disruptive for some guests.

It was just an excellent fit for a stopover in Dolores Hidalgo with good price-value balance. The staff were polite and accommodating, which made a difference during my stay. Bring extra water bottles as the fridge didn't keep drinks cold, especially in the hot weather.

We enjoyed our stay as there was a car garage, which was convenient for our family. The location was also close to the plaza. Our young baby was comfortable in the spacious Triple Room.
My wife says that the lack of air conditioning made our baby restless at night.
